Bi-Monthly Saturday Classes:
Want to jumpstart your weekend? Join us every 2nd and 4th Saturday for this 75- minute workout that will leave you energized and ready to meet the weekend. These classes are intended for the "experienced" pilates student. We will be working with foam rollers, stability balls and Bosu. The last 20 minutes of class will focus on Body Rolling to lengthen out tight muscles and improve joint mobility. You're going to love the way your body feels!
Class time: 9:30 - 10:45 a.m. Cost is $15, prepaid. Please register by noon the Friday before. You will receive a confirmation email Friday afternoon. Class will be cancelled for low registration . Go to www.xofitness.com or call 920.339.0630 to register.
Essential Pilates:
This progressive program teaches you to harness the power of your core and balance strength and flexibility through essential level exercises. Learn how to develop a strong core, long, strong muscles and beautiful posture. Feel great in your body as you learn the basic biomechanical principles that govern the work.
Intermediate Pilates:
These mat classes are designed to challenge the student who has mastered the Essential level exercises. Classes include a wide variety of exercises that will give each person opportunities to challenge their body dynamically through all planes of movement. Understanding the biomechanical principles of Stott Pilates is the key to a safe and invigorating workout! All equipment and props will be provided in class.
